Bika is a marketplace for buying and selling across Pakistan, operated from Pakistan and reachable at support@bika.pk. The marketplace has not opened yet. This notice covers this website and the phone verification described below. A full Privacy Notice will be published here, and every member will be asked to accept it, before the marketplace opens.

This website

This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply.

Phone verification on WhatsApp

When the marketplace opens, members will verify a Pakistani mobile number before they sell, chat or share contact details. We will send a one-time code to that number as a WhatsApp message through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. To do this, Meta processes the phone number and the message on our behalf. We use the number to verify it, to limit how many codes are sent and to prevent abuse. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send other messages through this channel. Your number is not shown publicly unless you choose to share it on a listing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, to the extent they need it to provide their service, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@bika.pk.
